1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ValorSME service, available at valor-sme.com. By using the service, the user accepts these terms without reservation.

The service is currently offered free of charge during the beta launch period. Pricing terms will be specified when the paid service is activated.

2. Service description

ValorSME is an online decision-support tool designed for owners and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises. It provides a business valuation estimate using the DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) method and generates a financial analysis report.

3. Limitation of liability

The results and reports generated by ValorSME are decision-support tools only. They do not constitute investment advice, a certified financial appraisal, or a formal valuation certificate.

The publisher shall not be held liable for decisions made by the user based on the information provided. Users are advised to consult a qualified professional (accountant, certified valuator, M&A advisor) before making any binding decision.

4. Personal data

Data entered into the tool is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The publisher undertakes not to resell financial data entered by users.

5. Intellectual property

All content of the service (text, graphics, software, calculation methodology, report layout) is protected by intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or resell generated reports outside their personal or internal professional use.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings.
